Project Objective:

Corregir a niños ocn pie equino varo y dysplacia de cadera a través de procedimientos quirúrgicos y cuidados integrales de salud, con el propósito de lograr una adecuada calidad de vida y una mejor integración a la sociedad al paciente.

To improve the functionality and alignment of clubfoot (talipes equinovarus) though surgical interventions and appropriate preoperative and postoperative management, in order to promote mobility , independence, and the patient's quality of life

Community Assessment:

El pie equinovaro es una deformidad congénita del pie que requiere una evaluación integral antes, durante y después del tratamiento quirúrgico o conservador.
La evaluación de las necesidades permite planificar una atención adecuada y personalizada de cada niño.
EVALUACION CLINICA Valoración de la severidad de la deformidad (posición del pie, rigidez y movilidad)
Evaluación de ambos pies, ya que puede ser unilateral o bilateral
Revisión de desarrollo neuromuscular y descartar enfermedades asociadas.
Uso de escalas técnicas para medir el grado de afectación

Project Design:

EL PROYECTO RESPONDE A NECESIDADES ESCENCIALES DE LA COMUNIDAD, ENTRE ELLAS EL ACCESO DE SERVICIOS MEDICOS DE CALIDAD PARA NINOS Y FAMILIAS EN SITUACION VULNERABLE, LA PROMOCION DE LA SALUD PREVENTIVA Y LA ETENCION INTEGRAL, EL APOYO DE DONANTES Y ALIADOS INSTITUCIONALES PERMITE CUBRIR BRECHAS ECONOMICAS GARANTIZANDO QUE EL PROGRAMA SE MANTENGA ESTABLE Y QUE MAS FAMILIAS RECIBAN ESPERAANZA Y OPORTUNIDADES DE BIENESTAR.
THE PROJECT RESPONDS TO ESSENTIAL NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING ACCESS TO QUALITY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN VULNERABLE SITUATIONS, THE PROMOTION OF PREVENTIVE HEALTH AND COMPREHENSIVE CARE, THE SUPPORT OF DONORS AND INSTITUTIONAL ALLIES ALLOWS US TO COVER ECONOMIC GAPS BY GUARANTEEING THAT THE PROGRAM REMAINS STABLE AND THAT MORE FAMILIES RECEIVE HOPE AND WELL-BEING OPPORTUNITIES.

Direct Beneficiaries:

Los beneficiarioas serian los niños con enfermedades ortopedicas debido a que acceden al diagnostico oportuno, como tratamiento oportuno quirurgico y/o conservador, rehabilitación y seguimiento.
Pacientes pediatricos en proceso de corrección, que mejoran su movilidad, postura, marcha y calidad de vida
Beneficiarios Indicrectos son lass familias de esos niños al reducir la carga emocional, enonómica y de cuidado, y mejorar la integración social del menor

The beneficiaries would be children with orthopedic conditions, as they would have access to timely diagnosis, appropriate surgical and/or conservative treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up care.
Pediatric patients undergoing corrective treatment would experience improved mobility, posture, gait, and quality of life.
Indirect beneficiaries would be the families of these children, as the emotional, economic, and caregiving burden would be reduced, and the child's social integration would be improved.

Sustainability:

El proyecto implementara un enfoque integral y continuo que garantice la permanencia de los resultados obtenidos en los niños con pie equino varo. Para ello, se establecerá un seguimiento periódico de los pacientes, que permita detectar de manera temprana posibles recaidas y asegurar la correcta evolución del tratamiento. Asi como promover la educación y capacitación de los padres o cuidadores, brindandoles información sobre el uso adecuado de ortesis, el cumplimiento de ejercicios de rehabilitación y la importancia de asistir a los controles médicos programados. Esta participación activa de la familia es clave para mantener los logros alcanzados
The project will implement a comprehensive and continuous approach to ensure the long-term success of the treatment for children with clubfoot. To this end, regular follow-up appointments will be established to detect potential relapses early and ensure the proper progression of treatment. The project will also promote the education and training of parents and caregivers, providing them with information on the correct use of orthotic devices, adherence to rehabilitation exercises, and the importance of attending scheduled medical check-ups. This active family involvement is crucial for maintaining the achieved results.
