Evaluación de Necesidades:

As part of our initiative, we are collaborating closely with Mexicanos Primero, an organization dedicated to improving education in vulnerable communities. Their expertise and long-standing presence in these areas have been essential to ensuring a responsible and well-structured assessment process.

Mexicanos Primero has supported us in conducting thorough community assessments by organizing interviews, facilitating dialogue sessions, and engaging directly with families and local leaders. Through these conversations, we have been able to better understand the community’s most pressing needs and translate them into realistic opportunities and actionable projects.

Twice a month, their team visits the community to hold in-person meetings. During these sessions, they actively listen to community members, foster open dialogue, and work collaboratively to identify priorities and potential solutions. This ongoing engagement ensures that initiatives are aligned with the community’s voice and are designed to create sustainable, meaningful impact.
